Meet Sarah

authenticity. passion. purpose.

Hi, I’m Sarah! Prior to becoming a certified life coach, I spent four years soul-searching and seeking opportunities for healing and growth as I navigated my own relationship with authenticity and wholeness. By diving deep into the beliefs, self-doubts, and worldview that had been running my life for decades, I was able to access the possibility that perhaps my life could be marked by love rather than fear, hope rather than heartache, peace rather than restlessness, and complete freedom from shame.

I began to awaken to the courage that accompanies vulnerability as well as deep relational intimacy that was brought on by my authenticity. And suddenly, my community began to resemble the virtues I was in pursuit of for myself - honesty, integrity, compassion, vulnerability, hope, wholeness, and finally - bold and unapologetic authenticity.

I am a coach because I believe wholeheartedly in every single person’s capacity to accomplish the deep dreams of their hearts after first discovering how to be the fullest, most free, and authentic version of themselves. When we all play full out rather than shrinking back and playing small - when we become more of ourselves and more of who we were designed to be all along - that is when the world is healed, moment by moment. Person by person.

FUN FACTS ABOUT SARAH:

  • I spent six months living in Africa in 2013 (South Africa, Mozambique, Malawi).

  • I wrote a full-length play for my undergraduate thesis.

  • I have written hundreds of songs over the past 15+ years and even dabbled in some home studio recording.

  • I really enjoy rock climbing and mountain biking because they take me out of my head and teach me to be present in the moment.

  • I worked in healthcare for five years.

  • I have a chocolate labradoodle named Kamari, who is named after a city my wife and I visited on our honeymoon.

  • I love smelling like a bonfire and chacos are my go-to footwear in the summertime.

Coaching Partnership

discover. engage. align.

Coaching is specifically designed for those who are “up to something” and are ready to dive into the creation of a more authentic, empowering, and expansive life.

My method of coaching is known as the Core Energy method, which means I engage in highly creative and intuitive, research-based methodologies to bring heightened awareness to my clients while also equipping them with the tools, techniques, and insights to shift internal blocks and create a way of doing life that is in line with who they want to be and how they desire to show up - physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.

A coaching partnership is a mutual agreement that both client and coach will fully commit their time, energy, and resources to each session and remain fully engaged in relevant developmental work between sessions. This means I continually engage with my clients about their goals in our partnership, how they feel coaching is proceeding, and what is and is not working well along the way. This input enables me to custom tailor the coaching plan to meet your needs and goals.
